"Extremely disappointed by lack of service. I arrived only 4 minutes before closing needing 1 item. I was confused because the door was locked but someone going out let us inside. At the second door an employee met us to announced they were closed. I asked if they closed early and was told they close 5 minutes early to get everyone out of the store. I really wish myself and the other 2 customers heading inside would have known Bethalto Schnucks closed at 8:55pm and not 9pm as posted. I would have gone to a grocery store closer and made my purchase. Shame on this store for false advertising. I usually have great experiences there, which is why I drove out of my way to go there."
