"Set up two appointments for vaccines back to back and when we arrived, the pharmacy was completely shut down. You confirmed my appointment by text, you could have cancelled my appointment by text when you knew there would be no one there to administer the vaccines. This isn't just a staffing issue. This is poor management and a lack of respect of your customers and their time."
