"I get my prescription for thyroid disease filled. Earlier this year i was given only 6 pills for my refill of 90 because they were out of stock on my dose. They charged me for 90 and they said I had a credit for the remaining 84 pills. The next time I filled the prescription I got and paid for 90 pills so I mentioned my concern about the 84 pills I had paid for and not received. They acted like I was being annoying. The last time I filled the prescription it said partial refill remains. So this time I called it in as usual and the automated system gave me a pickup time as usual but when I went to pick it up I was told that I was out of refills. After a great deal of explaining and protesting I was able to get the 84 pills (the next day) but I had to pay for 90 pills again. So I did pay for the full prescription both times I received a partial. I did explain that and I was told "If you don't have any questions about your prescription have a great day"in a sarcastic tone. So it is their practice to charge you for a full prescription when giving you a partial because they're out of stock and then either deny you the remaining pills or charge for another full prescription when you get the remaining pills."
