"I was with the Medicine Shoppe on Grand for almost ten years until they were bought out. I switched to Overland Medicine Shoppe and I have had the worse experiences from the very beginning. Their system never was able to refill my prescriptions without me calling. Most prescriptions would be refilled late. Recently I had knee surgery and my pain doctor prescribed me medication as well as my knee replacement surgeon. I refused the surgeons prescription. I spoke with my surgeon’s nurse and was advised the pharmacist (Brian) insisted I was attempting to get pain meds from both doctors. Please be careful with this company. I have always thought I would get better service from a smaller pharmacy. Not true be careful!!!!"
