"The pharmacy has a drive up, but don't attempt to use it unless you have half an hour to waste. They never have more than one employee on the window, even though there are two lanes. I counted 8 cars waiting! I have taken my prescriptions to HyVee. The service, both drive up and counter is always good. I will NEVER go back to this Walgreens, even though it's the closest pharmacy to our home."

They do have long wait times which seeing how many customers they do serve, it is completely understandable. That's where the automated system comes in handy on letting you know when scripts are being processed or ready."
