Walgreens Pharmacy

"This Walgreens is staffed by hard working auto bots who work union free for little pay. Considering the hardships, they are nice enough. It’s corporate profligacy, which bans Medicaid and the poor I find disagreeable. They lack compassion and empathy with policies which make the poor waste gas, time and money driving to FAKE appointments for immunization. Only to find-they don’t take Medicare. If you are poor, it’s my opinion you should not waste your time at Walgreens, ever. Their motto should be”screw the poor “ in my opinion. Heartless grinches."

"Shame. I've gotten my prescriptions here for decades and the drive-thru is convenient, but am not here to support the company's attacks on women. Moving my prescriptions when I go to my doctor this week."

"Do not use this pharmacy. Trying to get ahold of them via phone is next to impossible. Last week i was on hold for an hour and decided to hang up. Yesterday for 45 minutes. They were out of my prescription for a week so I was without my medication for that long. Every day that i would call they would say they would have it by the next day and that went on for 7 days and at the end they still didn’t have it. They have been without my medication for 19 days total now. They gave me 10 days worth of a different dose saying they would have my dose by those 10 days they do not. They told me it was an issue “everywhere”. My psychiatrist stated it’s simply not and has a pharmacy that I can pick it up at tomorrow. The staff is rude and condescending. And again, getting ahold of them is impossible. I know everywhere is short staffed but there are places that are better staffed, have better access to medication, and have nicer workers. I went to the drive through to pick up my medication because i never received a call saying i wouldn’t be able too (filled the prescription 4 days ago) and when i went to the drive through saying i was there to pick up the person sighed deeply and said “we still don’t have that!” And i said “okay so what should i do I am out of medications can you see if any other Walgreens have it?” And she sighed and never responded to me again."

"Haven't been able to use the app to fill prescriptions. Pharmacists and techs barely talk to you and don't make sure prescriptions are correct or that you understand the prescriptions and how to use them (this would have saved us from getting a prescription filled that wasn't correct.) Also no longer open 24 hrs which makes it significantly more difficult to get there without making an extra trip."
