"Walgreens pharmacy DeKalb is the worst and most incompetent pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of using. I've had many issues getting prescriptions filled. Today, I went to get it my antibiotics which would prevent a blood infection. A prescription that should have been filled yesterday. They were very rude to me. And claim that they never received the prescription which I had personally handed to them the day before. It took them 10 minutes to find the prescription in one of their random folders. They acted like it was my fault that they didn't fill my prescription which they misplaced. They should be shut down."

"Pharmacist was very rude, spoke with condescending tone to me. Would not even try to talk with insurance to get them to cover my 3 year old son's glaucoma drops that he needs 3 times a day, because we needed them 1 day early than when they are covered. She said either go without and comeback tomorrow or pay for them now. I'm glad money comes so easy to her that she felt it was ok to talk to me and my wife that way. Also must think its easy to put drops in a young child's eye without missing a single drop, everyday, 3 times a day. Talked with another Walgreens Pharmacist who was much nicer and sympathetic. We understand their hands are tied sometimes, but that does not give her the right to talk to customer/patients that way."
