"The staff often fails to read an important note on my file for a medication I need to take daily and have been on for a decade which causes the prescription to be filled incorrectly at least once every 3 months causing me to run out of a vital medication because I have to wait for them to order the right one. There is one employee who really stands out as an amazing person and dedicated worker, but I don't have the pleasure of having her handle my prescriptions often although she's been there for a long time."
"Frustrated is an understatement. Why does it take a minimum of 3 to 9 trips and up to 8 phone calls EACH TIME YOU WANT TO FILL A SINGLE PRESCRIPTION? Call and verify before going and still leave without the script because now the stock didnt come in. Hmm yesterday was told its being filled and will be ready at 5 pm. Do you call and say theirs a mix up before I make a trip. NO that would be customer service. I would love to see accountability by this company. Sad to say I dont see it."
