"I invested 30k with Goldline, who is in concert with Goldstar, 4 years ago. I wanted to invest in gold and silver. They invested my money in gold and silver COINS, which is comparable to investing in individual stocks in the stock market. If no one is interested in your coins, they lose value. On the surface you think you are investing in gold and silver, thus when the price of gold and silver rises and falls, so does your investment. WRONG!! I lost 28% of my investment in the first quarter and it never recovered. Glenn Beck advertised this company as the best!. He was right!. The best at relieving you of your money. Also beware, Goldstar will send you a quarterly statement (which isn't free) of what your investment is worth. When I liquidated my account, I received a check from Goldstar for 22,636 and a statement from Goldstar (the same day) indicating that my account market value was 24,295. ( you notice that my account never got close to the 30k I invested.) I received this information TODAY. This company hasn't a clue of what your COINS are worth... I'm 66, and with this economy in the crapper, I had to pull my money to make ends meet. My advice (remember it's free) is to stay far away from these racketeers. I don't know if there is any assistance to recover any funds, but I'll sure as hell try."

"Do not use this company for an IRA. I have been trying for 4 months to get them to send the gold and silver to a broker. The broker gives the run around and they keep your gold and silver. This is the worst situation ever. I call and they keep telling me the same thing. I have called several dealers and they won't even help with getting my gold and silver sold. I will probably have to get a lawyer to assist. I have almost $100k with this company."

"Nothing but regret ising GoldStar to hold my IRA. They have horrible customer service. Told something different every time I called. Charge huge fees to take possession of your metals, then lie about cost of shipping. Was told $500 in writing and COD was $775!!! When I called about that all they said was "sorry, its the repository's fault. RUN AWAY!!!"

"WARNING: Do NOT Invest with Gold Star or Gold Line!!!! Biggest rip-off companies ever. I invested in Gold 13 years ago at $1500/ounce and went to liquidate at $2000 and I still lost $6,000 on my $35k investment because they will not even pay whsle. market value (much less your original cost). Then you get hit with $500 in termination fees and transfer fees for your money. I paid $190 in annual storage fees on 10/1/23 and liquidated on 11/1/23, yet they won't apply my unused 11 mos. of storage to their exorbitant transfer and termination fees. The supervisor hung up on me over $150!! These gold companies use celebrities to make you think it is legitimate. DON'T DO IT!! Invest elsewhere!!!"
