"Horrible experience. My taxes were dropped off on Sunday, I had a JH account created but I could never see if they had even filed my taxes. I finally called the main office to hear they “claim” they didn’t have a contact number or email for me. I go to the Walmart branch on Coulter and Royce didn’t have a clue what he was talking about but for a $210 fee I was told I owe over $2,500. Back to doing them myself on TurboTax, don’t waste your time with these people. $210!? Really? I could have gone to an actual certified CPA."
