"I’ll give it a two because the prices and everything is nice. They are fast pace and I have never had an issue. Til today, I forgot the name of the female that picked up the phone but I was genuinely confused and needed help- she was rude, she didn’t understand what she was saying because when I finally stood my ground she hung up on me. It’s so sad because I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school and I have never dealt with anyone being rude to me. Why do you even work in customer service when you are extremely rude? Thank you to Zack/Zach who answered me the 2nd time and understood what I was saying. He helped me out and I was able to get the answers I needed. To the female who worked today, I don’t know how long you’ve worked in customer service but you shouldn’t for any longer. You were so rude and if you didn’t understand what I was saying- you should’ve just asked and listened. Not, hang up. Good luck to anyone who comes her way- she’ll be fake nice now. Don’t send your kids or ask her any questions."
