"Update: All of the below still stands, however, most occurred before manager by the name of Elba took over the property. She is responsive, and seems to be a good manager. Leslie, who used to manage the property, never answered my phone calls or emails unless prompted by her management. Where do I start? 1. It took more than 3 months for company to have a working washer and dryer at my complex. 2. They have only gone by and swept once after I requested multiple times. Cobwebs everywhere. 3. There is rust in my tub where the paint is chipping - after requests for it to be fixed I still have not heard back from the maintenance. 4. They lost my lease. I had to send it to them. 5. For months there was no outdoor lighting at the property - not because the lights don't work but because they can't figure out how to get the lights to work on a timer system. 6. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone that works there. When I visited the office I was told by a construction employee that "that lady is never here." I had an appointment with her and she was 30 minutes late. 7. Areas around the complex are often disgusting."
