"Let me preface this by saying I am a financial professional myself and we have the hardest time having someone else look at our finances. I booked Tonya for a tax strategy session because I've had a lot of changes in my personal life and business lately and I just wanted to make sure I was doing the best thing to make sure I was well prepared for my 2024 tax liability. To say I showed up unprepared for our meeting is an understatement. I'm actually still embarrassed about it. Tonya was SO patient with me & so reassuring in spite of all of that. She gave me some actionable steps and a clear expectations and I'm feeling really confident in how to move forward. Thank you for being so thorough and thoughtful & (semi-unrelated) having a super streamlined process. It was SUPER easy to book, pay and know what steps I needed to take next!"

"I’m giving this business a 3 based on the fact that they will save you money. However the customer service is horrible, especially if you’re older and not computer savvy. Don’t expect to be respected and you will be lied to. I’m having difficultly getting paper records of 2 years of tax records. They claim they gave them to me when the work was done however I was not given copies. Don’t expect to be treated nicely by this business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
