"As a new business I wanted to have a CPA take care of at least the first year of taxes. My initial phone meeting, was great and he answered all my questions. I sent him all my documents then nothing, I emailed numerous times with no response then I called, he said everything was good to go, but I never got any documents or response after. I emailed again but yet again no response. I called and spoke with a woman who eluded that he had forgot to submit my federal return and told me she would get it was back on track but once again no documentation or response. I have called multiple times but have yet to speak to Brad or even receive an email from him. My confidence in him are shot."

"I have used Brad Dower for my taxes for a number of years. As I am overseas I tend to put off my filing to October and usually last minute. Brad is excellent at keeping me on track and making sure I make the deadlines. There was a little hiccup this year when I actually wanted to file before the April deadline and for some reason my emails had gone to spam. After a quick call to Brad, he was on the case and turned my taxes around in less than 24 hours. Even though my circumstances are a little more complex than some, living and earning overseas but also having a stock presence in the US, Brad deals with it with ease and I would highly recommend the services of him and his team."
