"I have dealt with Prime Financial Services in the past. In this day and age it should not take 7 months to know that I owe a bill to Methodist Dallas Medical Center Cardiology. I had a procedure back in Aug. 2020. I just received it in February 2021. I agree with other reviewers. There is no breakdown of what was done before this bill was generated. They want me to contact my insurance or 3rd party payer. If it's been done, that should be noted on the bill. If not, it's their or MDMC Cardiology's job to make sure it was done. I also agree that they need to upgrade and take online payments. I am no longer comfortable giving my information over the phone or writing my card information on something and mailing it back. Looks like the website is undergoing an overhaul. Hopefully they're going to include online payments when it's finished. UPDATE: I called Prime Financial at the number listed on the bill to make my payment. . It went to Methodist Hospital Billing. I had to be transferred TWICE to get to the Prime Financial office. I get to the correct person and find out I have a “0” balance. No notice from them to indicate the bill had finally been covered by my insurance."

"Customer Service is lacking. I pay my bills on time, the only reason my account went to collections was because the office never sent me a invoice. They tokd me 8 months later I had an outstanding balance and refused service. After contacting Prime Financial, I find out that the invoices were being sent to an address I haven't lived at for 8 eight years. When trying to resolve the balance its extremely inconvenient that they have no website and you can only pay over the phone or snail mail. If your on a payment plan it takes them forever to send you an updated statement showing a payment was made and updated in their system. Methodist needs to do better with who they choose to handle their collections."

"Not a professional company. It is very, very difficult to make a payment. You can only pay over by phone it seems like it. No other methods. Can't do it by mail as it is a monthly flat payment. Then, I get a letter saying we didn't make a payment, well it seems like you don't want it paid off. Please add an online payment system that can be accessed online by the payer. Plus, WAY overpriced hospital. Never will go to Methodist in my lifetime. 1 hour checkup there and a $1500 bill. Geeze, just sick."

"Not a very good collection service if you ask me. They don't even have a website to make payments. You have to go old school and use mail. I mean mail with a stamp and envelope. I want a receipt when I pay. Methodist Mansfield Hospital sucks. The messed up the billing on my hospital stay in February. They billed my husbands insurance instead of mine. Really? I was the patient, not my husband. We both have different insurance companies. It took them 5 months to get the insurance resubmitted. I finally get a bill on July, 12, and they submitted me to collection on July 28. Bad hospital treatment, bad hospital billing, bad everything. I will never go there again. Neither will my family. We switched to Baylor in Mansfield and Burleson."

"They get "one star", as I could not do "no star" on them... They have no idea how to keep us with an account. They issue documentation/bills without verifying the account and most important the amount!! I do not think that most of their customers (Methodist Mansfield Hospital) know about their poor service. They have issued to me the wrong bill amount twice, while still charging my credit card..."
