"This building and majority of the people who live here are very rude & mean. My sister lived here. She is one of 4 African Americans who stay in this building and if she even drops something on her floor or walk the hallway with any ounce of noise they will send out a noise complaint. The people above her make so much noise, it’s ridiculous. It sounds like people personally are jumping on the floor. The building management ignores her & when She sends in an email or calls. On top of all the this. The amenities are being put on the same floor where people live they will only cause a fit pertaining to the African American person being there but not others. This building is VERY RACIST!!!!!!!. I don’t recommend for anyone who is of color!!!!! Stay away!!!!"

"I've been living in the Albion Highland Park since January. I absolutely love the building. I find the rooms to be well sized with nice furnishings. The LVP floors look great, and I really like the tiles and color scheme of the bathroom. The gym on the first floor is a very good size with a wide range of equipment. I never find it too busy, I exercise in the evenings and can almost always get to use what I intended to use. It is an easy walk to Sunset Foods for groceries and downtown Highland Park for restaurants or shopping. Covered parking is a nice benefit during the Chicago winters - I really like not having to shovel or brush my car off in the mornings."

"I feel so lucky to live in HP in this amazing building. Every day feels like I live at a resort. The view looking over Sunset Park is breath taking and the team here works so hard to keep our building sparkling! I have met residents who I now will call friends for life. #lucky!"
