They may get some clients with their negative advertising, but they probably alienate a whole lot more."

Gave me great details on working with Fisher investments. I need to retire before I can work with him but he is worth talking to and will work with him in the future. He is a straight shooter."
"Completed an online form to solicit information. Received a phone call within 5 days. Spoke with a Fisher Investment rep in the Dallas area for 35 min - outlined my situation and desired path forward. I like what I heard and looked forward to learning more and attending the meeting he set up for the following week. Was told I would receive an email confirming the meeting time, location, and agenda. No email received the first day. No email received the second day. No email received the third day. I began calling back in as the planned meeting was 2 business days away. Sent to voicemail - left a message. No response. Several hours later called again - and again sent to voicemail. Called the “national” office and spoke to a rep who intended to send me to a manager to discuss - she actually sent me back to the same voicemail. Eventually I did receive a call from a manager who had no knowledge of my appointment. At this point, one has to ask themselves, do I really want to invest more than one million dollars into a company that obviously lacks attention to detail and a true focus on the customer? My answer is no. My business is going somewhere else."
