"Love this place! When I first got here it needed some work but at no fault to the staff. They were doing the best they could with what they had but now since management has changed! Things have drastically improved! Feel like the Jeffersons! Moving on up! New carpet in the hallways, new parking lot, new windows, new siding on the buildings, new paint on the entrance doors and from what I hear more to come! Whoever has taken over now, knows what they are doing and investing in their property! The staff here has always been kind, professional and keep the place clean! No complaints! Looking forward towards the future! Oh I love that it’s quiet! We are all mostly working people and families. No fighting and all the other ruckus! Just good folks living from all ethnicities. Nice to have a safe secure place to call home."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! They have horrible management. Veronica is very rude and has a nasty attitude. Have had a leak in my ceiling since moving in.... 3 years ago. Living room Window was and still is broken. Heating unit leaks water when it rains. They will tow your car whenever they see fit and will not work with you when it comes to rent after THEY HAD YOUR CAR TOWED! Has ridiculous late fees and no grace period. If rent is not in before 9am you get charged! If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Very unprofessional staff that works in the office. Also, visiting parking is terrible. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, my car was towed for parking there for more than 2 nights in a month! That’s their new rule for visiting parking. I’ve been parking there for almost a year, and all of a sudden they have shrunk their visiting parking to only 6 spots for and entire complex. And now they are enforcing their policy, in which they won’t tell residents moving in or renewing their lease about the updated one. I called up to discuss why my car was towed, the manager of the building told me that they won’t show me any policies because I wasn’t a resident, yet my car was towed. No help at all. Worst customer service I have ever had in my life and I don’t want any new residents or existing ones to have to deal with visitors getting their car towed in a pandemic. Also the lady who manages the tow company told me I couldn’t get my car the same day because they were Closed, but she answered the phone. That added $50 bucks to the original $250 price. Both of towing manager and leasing manager spoke to each other about my vehicle, and who they believed I was visiting. I was targeted by the staff, and I was out of $300 bucks during this tragic time. Without any warning from office or anything at all. Especially if they told me they watched my vehicle parked 4 days in a row, then decides to tow. Worst visiting parking policy I have ever heard of."

"Don't move here. After 3 and a half years of living here it has not been good. I always pay my rent on time but yet I have gotten a few 10 day notices. In the dead of winter I could not get my heater replaced after it caught fire. Trees block my view. I have asked for months to please cut them so I could have sunshine and not have to turn on lights at 4 in the afternoon. If you have a problem and have to go over their heads their main office in Colorado is not any better. They have not answered my calls or messages. This is not a respectable place."
