"We’ve lived at Surrey Place apartments, going on our 8th year. Paid rent every month always on time. Well … we in the month of August 2022, had a bug infestation issue. We did the RIGHT thing and stepped up to the plate and called the property manager at the rental office as soon as we knew that we had a problem. We ended up getting chastised, ridiculed and blamed for it! The property manager was totally unprofessional about it, she treated us like we did it on purpose! She was saying things that were not true. Just her erroneous speculations. Every time we tried to talk to her, she would start with the accusations, ridiculous scenarios as to HOW it happened and that nobody else in the building was responsible! She even went so far as to tell me that I brought them in on my body! Wow! I told her that I totaled my car in 2019 and since then, I never leave the apartment, except to see the doctor 4x a year! What we don’t understand is WHY SHE is so angry about it!!! Stuff like this happens. So now, she’s told us that after speaking to the owners, they probably aren’t going to renew our lease. This, after being excellent tenants for years! The problem is solved. So why then, is she still angry? We feel like we’re being persecuted for DOING THE RIGHT THING! We called immediately about them and cooperated fully to everything that they told us we needed to do. I personally think that she’s just a spiteful older woman that has some “issues” … spewing her poison on others because apparently, she can. I know for a fact that she badmouthed us to all our neighbors in the building, because nobody will talk to us anymore. Not even a simple “hello”. I’m not a lawyer, but I’m pretty sure that something like that either isn’t allowed or it’s frowned upon. This experience has been emotionally traumatizing for us, and her inappropriate reaction to this entire event surely hasn’t helped. I think that I now have PTSD due to this event, it lasted for about two and a half months! I see the reviews that have already been posted and their ratings are only about two stars ⭐️ and!!! I think that speaks for itself. God Bless the people that are currently here. My advice to anyone that is thinking about moving into Surrey Place Apartments, run for the hills!!!"

"I came in the leasing office to inquire about a apartment that I seen online and as soon I said hello the lady was very rude to me saying I didn't see any apartment, after that I wouldn't move in for anything bad management."
