"THE WORST APARTMENTS. PLEASE avoid these apartments! they are terrible! We have lived here for more than a year, the location is good, the service is so bad. There are constant problems in the apartments, there is often no heating, and the apartments are cold - the windows are blown by the wind, the windows are so terrible that when there was frost, ice was covered from the middle of the apartment on the window. also when there were strong winds - the window broke. asking the office to do something is a waste of time. For the last three weeks we have had a problem with the ceiling, water is leaking from the roof and onto the floor in the apartment. 2 times the master came from the office, and twice he simply threw the snow off the roof! and did nothing! We are waiting for 3 weeks to do it. today they have too many complaints about the leaking ceiling and they don’t have time to deal with it, and they just closed the office and don’t answer the calls. Also, earlier we had a car towed from the parking lot, although there was a sticker where everything was written, but in pencil, since they do not work on weekends, and guests came to us."

"I’m a current resident and been living here 3 years and I must say I hate it the worst part is getting my car towed and I live here and I have to pay to park here i have had my car towed for parking to close to the line and with out evidence they have been doing it I even complained to the office about it and filed police reports cause in last 3 years I have had my cars towed over 40x and that’s $218 per tow and I know most tows was false accusations and police or complex have done nothing to resolve this issue. Im already paying to much for a 2 bedroom let alone $1 a day to park my car… I’m tired of this and if u don’t have extra money for tows don’t move there"

"I'll begin by saying I'm glad we decided not to go thru with renting here. We were approved and paid our deposit, the lady in the office said we can't see our actual apartment until the day of move in because they were updating it (new cabinets, appliances new carpet in living room area etc.. so day comes of our move in and cabinets were caving in. They were very far from new, same as the stove not a newer appliance. We were going to pay extra for this "deluxe"apartment I'm not sure what the standard apartments look like but if this is deluxe yikes. The patio door lock did not work. I really believe we dodged a bullet here. The owner was condescending. I asked him if he would show this apartment to potential renters and he said no because it wouldn't sell like the model apartment. Don't you think something is wrong there?? Anyway we said that's fine keep our deposit we're walking away. Thankfully we decided to buy a house, so some good came of this. I would not recommend to anyone to rent here."

"Place sucks and they tow their own residences car when they don’t like you. Never move here unless you like donating $218 extra for towing. Also you can’t have visitors unless you pay $1 a pass and you can only get that with a money order when the office is open. Then when they do tow your car and you think you’re gonna get it bc you usually don’t know until you’re going to work and then they aren’t open for business until 9am but tow 24hrs. Now you’re late for work and out of $218. This property is a scam. Look elsewhere!!"

"I’ve gotten my car towed twice and I’m a scenic tree resident I paid for parking but there wasn’t any so I parked in the visitors parking because no one told me I couldn’t but no one told me I needed a visitor parking pass even though I have my resident pass on my windshield and they told my friends car 3 times because a tiny mistake. Every time happened on the visitors pass, but the visitors pass was in the window. In Clear view like come on. And I get so nervous when people come over and they stay past 9 o’clock. I have an alarm to make sure the visitors passes are right that I talk to the towing company when they come, but I shouldn’t have to do that we shouldn’t live in fear that we will get towed From our own apartment complex and they only have one phone number and maintenance is horrible you can’t ever reach them and when you want something fixed you either give them permission to enter your own private home with you not being there or it will take them forever to come when you ask them when your home. Like what is that about why would I entrust a stranger entering my home when I’m not there. That’s insane. You can’t reach anybody. It’s trash. At night there’s nowhere to park they have more visitors parking than they actually have for residence who are paying to live there. If I can give this place zero stars I would. And I get it if you’re parking in apartment complex that you don’t live in then that’s fine to be towed but I’ll pay rent, so who cares if I. Park in the visitor spot when you clearly see I have a sticker that says I’m a resident if I can’t find any parking that’s dumb asl. If your looking in this area for an apartment move into green oaks not here that’s where I’ll be going."
