"My regular accountant retired and sent my records to King Financial Services. I decided to trust them to prepare my taxes, turning my materials at the end of January with the deadline of mid-February. The person that was supposed to be helping me completely marginalized my account and ignored the information I provided explaining my situation and why I needed the materials early. They waited and waited and ignored my messages. When I finally did hear back, they didn't have a clue even though I had taken great care to document and explain everything. "I started working with Sandi several years ago and originally had a great relationship. I even referred her to several friends and business acquaintances.
