"Since the company changed to a different owner my tax paperwork sat in their office over 6 months. When I’d ask about my taxes, they would ask for a new document, I supply the new documents and then they’d ask for another document, this occurred several times. I went to pick up my paperwork to do them elsewhere the front desk was not organized, and other tax documents, with other peoples information was exposed."

"This company LOST my EIN number and never filed it back in April. I have waited almost 5 months for my EIN, now instead of doing it for the price they quoted me with. They want to charge me $500 extra dollars. Don’t trust these people. The current employees are even bashing their past employers and admitting they didn’t know what they are doing. They got mad at me for a mistake they made, and instead of making it right they said I owed them money lol. You are better off doing it by yourself.HUGE WASTE OF TIME and money dealing with them."
