"A bright spot on a very dark day. Long story short ended up having to put my fur baby of almost 11 years to sleep. The staff was so sympathetic and understanding. They handled everything. They let me be there with him and gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye. A couple days later I got a card in the mail from them with condolences for my loss. That really meant a lot to me."

"If I could give no stars I would. I bright my puppy in to be treated for ingesting something. They not only didn't treat my puppy but charged me over 300 to not treat my puppy. They are a money hungry organization who doesn't care about your pet at all. I do not recommend you bringing your animal here ever!"

"In response to all the other reviews claiming this place is expensive, all emergency medical care is expensive. We thought it was reasonably priced for the services provided. The facility was clean, comfortable and the staff worked quickly to see us. I appreciate the quick visit and the thorough explanation by the vet on staff. The front desk gentleman was extremely helpful and kind. We were able to apply for Care Credit on the spot and pay for our services there. Gary was taken care of and I would return to this hospital for future emergency vet care."

"Yes, it's expensive, all emergency vets are. I used to go to Gulf Coast Animal Hospital (twice), but I still like here. I mainly liked their honesty with survival and quality of life whwn determining if a procedure is worth the expense. At one point, we would have agreed to an expense, but they advised against it because of her quality of life even if successful. The staff was very caring and responsive."

"We had a brief visit here because our sweet dog very unexpectedly passed away while we were on our way to the clinic. My husband and son and I walked in with her, obviously all very upset and they took her to check. I started filling out paperwork but they pulled us back to just confirm that she had passed, possibly from a stroke. When we were leaving I just set the unfinished paperwork on the front desk. A few days later we received a very sweet sympathy card in the mail that everyone signed. I just thought it was so thoughtful that they took that time to send the card to us! And they showed us compassion while we were there."
