"I've lived at Maple and Main for almost 5 years. The Community Manager, Lisa, and Leasing Associate, Sarah, always make sure there is a welcoming environment and take care of everything needed. The maintenance staff is quickly responsive, efficient, and always leaves the apartment clean. The apartments are beautiful, the kitchen is my favorite, and the amenities are well kept and great to use - especially the gym. There are awesome restaurants, yoga studios, and community events within walking distance. Highly recommend living at Maple & Main."

"Living at Maple and Main has been an amazing experience so far!! We're in our 3rd year here now and the experiences and growth I've seen in the building have been stellar. Lisa, the Community Manager, has always been attentive and open to suggestions on how to enhance the living experience for everyone in the building. She's taken action on several suggestions brought by residents to add additional amenities to the community areas of the building. The pool and the grilling spaces are a huge hit in the summer to chill and enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. The fall brings various in house events to tantalize your taste buds and enjoy fall sports with other residents. My space needs changed during my time at Maple and Main and Lisa made the transition to a larger unit a breeze!! Looking forward to enjoying another year here and all Downers Grove has to offer just steps away from the building : )p"

"My husband and I just moved into Maple and Main apartments about a week ago. Our experience, from the very beginning, has been nothing less than extraordinary. Lisa gave us the tour of the place and we were/are blown away by the hospitality and the amenities included with the apartment. Sarah gave us our keys and welcome packet and greeted us to our new apartment. We were welcomed with a gift as well as a gift for our dog. The whole complex is in great condition. The shared areas are always very clean and well taken care of. The apartment is in PRIME location. It is within walking distance to all of our favorite downers grove spots. We absolutely love living here and would recommend it to anyone!"
