"DONT NOT MOVE HERE. When I first moved here everything was great , until the new management took over , this place sucks now, My packages get stolen , my car has got broken into , and they have anyone working for maintenance, I requested maintenance to fix my washer machine and they damaged my whole bathroom set and left it flooded with water. This place don’t care about anything but MONEY! Every-time I contact them they say “we are working on it” Everyone is moving out , all of my neighbors agree that this complex has became a slum , trash everywhere in the parking lot. Please make sure you read all the 1 star reviews and see everyone agrees this new Management SUCKS"

"The maintenance staff came quickly, and the next day had my new oven in. At first we thought we had to wait until after the new years holiday, which was fine, (I put request in right before the weekend) but they came back 5 minutes later and let me know a shipment was coming next day. They came in early, installed it quickly and now I have my stove for New Years. They did an excellent job. Thank you!"

"I DO NOT recommend this place. The new management/owners are price gauging, increasing rent $200 monthly on resigned leases. Going on the third year now. There is trash all over the property and have multiple families living in one apartment. There is no parking if you get home late, need to park buildings over.. You can’t get anything delivered without the possibility of it getting stolen. The pool is never open on time since new management. Always a bunch of excuses why it’s not open. Loud music and no respect from management or the people that are coming in to the area. Too many people living in one place. Not good!!!! Just bad"

"why do you keep closing requests before they are completed? someone came to look at the wall and thats it. nothings been repaired and the wall is still soggy and causing mold and whatever is causing it still needs to be repaired. this happens to me with nearly every request! i keep getting texts asking “how did we do?” when nothing has been done! not only these problems with maintenance, but my building has slowly filled with people who smoke weed and cigarrettes and now a family with like 5 kids moved in next door. the building is constantly smelly and gross, the kids are constantly screaming and stomping throuugh the halls and leave their shoes and toys everywhere as well as a ton of mud. it was good before the management company switched, now its terrible. That and the price is going up astronomically, for what? for this? I think I will be relocating once my lease is up."
