"Tried to work with Nick Ieremciuc from True North Properties however he is very unprofessional and rude. Blocked my number and hung up when I called from an alternate number. We requested to know why the application was denied he stated he did not know but before ending the call he blurted out it was for a criminal record. 2 weeks of chasing him for this info. Not to mention he was a no show to our showing appointment luckily the handy man saw us waiting for 30 min and showed us around. Wouldn’t recommend this place just for its lack of professionalism with Nick. He ended the call before I could request a copy to dispute as the person accused has never lived in the state mention on the record. Part of me thinks this was a lie to get me off the phone. Unfortunately will never know until we do our own investigation. Edit: the criminal record found was a lie. They never checked actual SSN."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, AVOID AT ALL COSTS . The 2.0 rating really makes sense now. I would give zero stars if I could. Completely unprofessional and slimeball business moves. They steal your application money knowing the apartment is already rented. Arrived early to look at an apartment at 730am. We arrived at 7:15. Called the number and they said we had to wait to be seen because their first appointment was running late. Fine, no problem. We waited until almost 8 before we saw a random fat guy walking the parking lot around with a blue shirt. Before we could ask him where to go to look for the apartment another car pulled up and said that they were here to see the same person for the apartment. We asked him how many applications they typically take for 1 apartment ( he said about 10) and immediately got defensive and said that he saw us a half hour ago but didn't say anything because we're illegally parked on his property when we were in the VISITOR parking spot which is where we were told to park. This guy is the biggest joke I've ever encountered! They show apartments to take your application fee... Your apartments are not luxurious brother they're complete trash and so are you :)"

"Toured a few units, applied, sent the application fee, and no one will get back to me after numerous calls and messages. Took my money and ran with it without saying a word!"

"Cockroaches galore and “insect sprays by an exterminator” every 2-3 months that do NOTHING. Broken washer for over a year with ignored emails. Walls so thin you can hear conversations and movement between units, kids running through the hallway and the parking lot. Management that will tow people out of Guest Parking despite following the parking rules, whenever they want. Absolutely no way to get out of your lease, they will make you pay the rest of it out *and* attempt to charge you repainting fees. “Locked” building that is never locked. Car broken into within the first two weeks. Avoid this complex. I lived there for 9 months and couldn’t get out fast enough."

"Enjoyed my years of stay here. Apartments are remodelled and appliances are new. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. It is close to many stores and main highways. Really good schools in the area too. New managment takes care of property well. I'd recommend it if you're looking for the best prices rent around."
