"Right off the river, this is a great place to live.."
"I lived at these apartments twice. Once for 9 years. And had a very good experience. Even after 9 yrs- got entire security deposit back. Moved back in for 1 year and manager told me to leave the carpet be , because it was over 15 years old and was going to be replaced. Didnt get my security deposit back because they said I didn't take care of the carpets. Very frustrating and I wish I had done more about it at the time. Have them WRITE DOWN what you need to do to get your deposit back....I felt robbed."

"The river location and bike trail make this a wonderful place for nature enthusiasts. Very quiet - I NEVER hear anything through the walls at all. Nice folks live here. The staff is super responsive and very courteous. I constantly see the owner and his staff working on the facility to improve it; you can tell they take great pride in this place."
