"Lack of communication and commitment to its costumers. Pearsall isn't known for anything much and it reflects in this business"

"I called Rays a week ago to schedule a septic service. The man I talked to said I was first in the list assuming there were no weekend emergencies. I called them Monday morning and was told how expensive service would be since our place was an hour away. I said no problem we need the service. She said she’d call me back. They never showed Monday or called. Then I get a call Tuesday morning to let me know how many more fees there would be since they would have to bring a tractor. She seemed to be saying all of this to get me to cancel. I told her to just cancel the request since we were leaving that day and couldn’t wait around for them. I explained the situation on how were were not at the ranch often and how imposition was to have someone out that day no matter the cost. I am so disappointed that they couldn’t be bothered to come out. They miss out on a large commission and won’t be getting our business!"

"Showed up the same day I called, which was fine. Changed a hot water element once, then reset the water heater another time. ( I didn’t know they had those.) They charged $145 dollars an hour for what amounted to maybe 20 minutes of work, which I had to pay twice because they sent two people. That didn’t factor in travel costs or parts either. The second time, they said they might not charge because it had been less than 30 days since they were out last time for the same problem, but I still got a bill. Altogether, almost $600 for MAYBE 20 minutes of work."

"Hired this guy to go turn on my elderly mother in laws water heater, since we don't live in pearsall and couldnt get down there soon and she needed it on asap. He tried to light an automatic heater with a lighter. Then calls to tell my husband (who is a licensed plumber) that it's broken and needs a part. No. It doesn't need a part, it needs someone that knows what they are doing. One would think any plumber would know this. Still charged us though. For absolutely nothing. PS. My brother in law just got the water heater turned on. Hold down the button until the light comes on. Automatic water heater lesson 101."

"Been waiting 5 weeks for them to do a new install on new construction so a slab can be finished and they don't return calls. They were paid half the estimate up front but haven't done any of the work."
