"I’ve stayed here for a year, overall experience was positive (Karen and Jose were very helpful and responsive) but had few issues that do not fit with luxurious conditions: -Only 2 elevators in a 4-floor-building, old fashioned (takes a while to come, all the time in use so it’s difficult to unload your stuff upon moving, doesn’t go directly to the garage you end up carrying your groceries all the way to the elevator) - Mail is set outside, no room for large packages - Location: very noisy by 31, heavy trucks passing all the time, and the intersection with Main Street gets jammed with frequent accidents.. proximity to Fox river means you get to welcome mosquitoes - Rent is very expensive for suburban setting, gets increased annually to approach downtown Chicago market, though apartments are spacious and view is amazing but overall amenities did not meet the price - no pool, or wifi in the common area - Isolation is ok, you can still hear your neighbors in the restroom"

"Mike and Karen went above and beyond to get my refrigerator fixed. They even moved the food out of the refrigerator to the apt next door so that it would not spoil! I am so blessed to have them on your staff!"

"The building is beautiful and very impressive. The lady that showed me around was helpful, pleasant, very personable and very professional. The rooms I was shown were clean, modern and inviting. Hopefully I will be a resident soon. ReNew was beyond my expectations and I love the location."
