"Edit 8/19/2023: The staff currently is excellent to work with should anything arise. The rent is still a bit high for what they offer. However, the parking lot is long overdue for replacement!"

"I would give 0 star if I can.I pay 2 month deposit before I moved in. We found a new place to live.Before I moved out I spoked to them .and I confirmed with her at least 3 times.what I been told they don’t take two month deposit.then I think I can moved out early and get my one month deposit back.after few weeks I got a letter to say I got none back.then I call her.she said she doesn’t make the final decision.I need talk to someone else does the bill.why don’t you tell me the first beginning.then I have talk to different lady I explain my situation.she didn’t get my point.they are not honored what they said.if anyone moved in.think about that.you need really be careful of woodcreek apartment .find a better place have washer and dryer in the unit.find a better place has no bug in the apartment.my girls find bug or fly all the time.apartment smells all the time.that’s why we want our own place.they seems they nice but they .choose somewhere else if you could."

"The windows are the original windows when my upstairs neighbor walks my kitchen window shakes they need to re-replaced,In the winter there is frost on my window sills and my patio doors.... doesn’t do well for heating the place !Every year the rent goes up but nothing gets replaced like original windows!"

"Great place to live no issues my kids loved it nice neighbors when we lived here our family grew to large so had to move but totally recommend living here."

"Quiet neighborhood. If the winds blowing in the right direction you won't smell the factory at the end of the parking strip. No guest parking. Drafty windows. Balcony is nice to have. Have seen a service company jump to the 2nd floor balcony & let himself in. Huntley water not the best."
