"I had a great stay here for 3 years friendly owners and managers Clean safe apartment complex with laundry on site close to Walmart kroger Wendy's dollar general dollar tree taco bell farm fresh all a 3 minutes walk Residents/Neighbors where good as well It was easily my best experience as a renter And would give it 100 of 100 stars to anyone looking for an apartment that is a good deal I have stayed in nicer apartments newer apartments and worse apartments The overall value, location and atmosphere Best experience ever"

"I lived there for five years. The apartments are nice and it's well lit up at night. The management is very understanding and respectful. The maintenance is awesome. If something needs repaired, they are there right away. They understand that pets are therapeutic and they allow them. Best apartment complex around in my opinion."

"Been trying to get information as am looking. Won't return calls. Called the emergency number simply to see if there was another number to call. Whoever answered that call was beyond rude. Also said they have no vacancies. Yet the sign outside says they do? Dodged a bullet here....no point even seeing if they have any vacancies."

"Impossible to get ahold of, never there during hours they are supposed to be there and tried to fine me $100 for a noise complaint on a day I wasn’t even home."
