"The whole place was an apartment building full of some of the most interesting people ive meet in my life. My first Christmas, I had bedbugs... Don't get me started. And received al most 50 cards. We taped them on the doors to show off ho many people liked us. Lol. The second year , I received 1 card. The West Frankfort police officer ask d me at home ork if I was still living at the high-rise, yup I answered. He says bud you need to be out of that place, those people are crazy. Great moments I had. The lady that over seen the building.... Nothing nice to say about her at All. She degraded intimidated and scared to the point of them crying residents had no one one thier side . Threatened to evict and destroy their credit and put their belonging on the street. She was A HORRIBLE LADY ."
