Perryville Senior Apartments

Perryville Senior Apartments is a subsidized housing community for seniors aged 62 and over, located in a quiet neighborhood in Perryville, Missouri. Conveniently situated across the street from Perryville's Senior Center, residents have easy access to various amenities such as restaurants, banks, grocery markets, and a post office within walking distance. The community offers 33 apartments, including one-bedroom and efficiency units. Rent is based on income, with residents paying approximately 30% of their income as rent. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides a subsidy to cover the remaining rent. Utilities such as hot water and trash are included in the monthly rental, with a utility allowance deducted from the rent payment to assist with utility bills. The community features an elevator, a large parking lot, a laundry center, and garbage/recycling centers on each floor.
