"I just moved out and was there for a year. It was a good place to live and my apartment was beautifully updated. Tomi in the office and Bryan the maintenance man were very nice people and easy to get along with. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"I lived in the apartments for 12 years (2 different ones) and anytime I had any problems with maintenance they promptly fixed them. The laundry is in good shape, the grounds are clean and the complex is pretty safe."

"I lived there from 2009-2017. I never had any issues. It was clean when I moved in, everything that needs fixed for fixed in a timely manor according to the emergency of it. I always felt safe, never had to worry about my stuff outside being messed with, and everyone there is friendly. It's a very nice quiet community, I raised my daughter there and the ONLY reason I moved is because we needed to upgrade to a 3 bedroom. I have recommended and will continue to do so, to everyone I know looking."

"I lived in this apartment complex for two years (2015-2017) while I was teaching in the area. No clue why it has such a low rating online, but I had no issues at all during my time there. The apartment was pretty standard; everything worked as it should. I had a second floor 1 bedroom and the living room had cathedral ceilings which was really nice as it opened the place up a bit. Didn't have any issues with crime or the on-site laundry either. Management was nice and the several times my hot water went out they always had it fixed within 24 hours. The rent was cheap too! If I moved back to the area I'd definitely consider rent there again."

"Not bad, but not great either. The club house stinks so bad of smoke you can't use it. The maintenance people are nice though except for one extremely rude older woman and they aren't that great at fixing things. Several calls and still broken things. The grounds do look nice!"
