"I have always been the person to downplay my own pain, to put myself last and just deal with it. Finally, I decided to stop just living with pain and started PT here. I have been to one other PT clinic in the past, which I quit after a month, so I was skeptical about this ATI location. I didn't really believe that it would work. Irina, Liz, and Joellyn are very nice people and made me feel comfortable to start my PT, and from day one this experience was completely different than my first. Joellyn went in-depth with me during my eval, explained exactly what was going on with me and the course of treatment. During the treatment, all the ladies here, but especially Joellyn, proved to be very knowledgeable and professional. I think that is not too easily found in the healthcare industry today. Unlike a 10-minute doctor appointment, they really take their time to listen to me, get to the root of my pain, and guide me through the exercises and make sure I'm doing them properly. I didn't even believe that PT can help me, but now I look forward to being pain-free and having a better understanding and control of my body."

I have had numerous surgeries throughout the years and feel I am a rather complicated case, but Joellyn has proven to be a true expert. She and her team have really been helping me out. After being in pain & uncomfortable for so long, it is such a relief to finally see myself progressing in the right direction. And not only is Joellyn clearly very skilled and knowledgeable as a therapist, she is also a very encouraging, positive presence and a joy to be around.
