"My family initially started working with Jenny years ago, trying to find our dream home. We wanted a property in town with a large detached outbuilding for a shop, which was very difficult to find in town. Jenny never gave up searching and even went as far as knocking on doors of properties that checked our boxes and spoke with the homeowners about potentially selling their homes. After years of searching, we decided our only option was to build. When we decided to put our home up for sale it was a no-brainer who we would use to sell our home. She went the extra mile and used a digital staging company to digitally stage the photos taken of our home so that the buyers could visualize the home's potential. Additionally, she also had drone photos taken of the 5-acre property, which was incredible. She marketed our home to get people talking about it before showings began. There was a stack of listings on the first day of showings, with three competitive offers submitted on the second day. We went under contract the following day and closed quickly. "My ex husband and I were selling our home. Our closings were scheduled at 2 different times, which was ok but I was NOT made aware of. I drove 1.5 hrs to closing never to see my realtor. I was scheduled first which caused me to wait over 2.5 hrs to receive my check. I messaged my agent only to get a call from her 30 minites later. She said she was sorry, things took a little longer with the buyers and said she and my ex talked for about 20 minutes while they waited. (She could have at least texted me back) I feel she worked for my ex instead of BOTH of us. I will not use her or reccomend her moving forward. I felt totally disrespected."
