"Had a very bad lower back,Dr Tom fixed that,3 other Chiro 's couldn't. Have a bad knee,(bone on bone),not afraid of surgeries,had 4 open hearts but it's a big deal for me because I take blood thinners so a knee replacement is a big process,hospital stay and recovery so I tried this and so far it's going very good."

"The "Keep You In Pain (Institute)"! Dana called me after my terrible first appointment for feedback. The doctor took that feedback personally, and was standoff-ish with me during my next appointment where they asked me to come back. Shannon and the staff there are nice but they don't listen to you and certainly don't care about helping you. Avoid this place at all costs. They call themselves an "institute" but there's no thinking outside of the box. There's no learning here or an openness to do so. Nor is there any adaptation to patients' needs. In particular, younger patients. They mostly seem to "treat" elderly people. They're therapy is mostly the therapists watching you do exercises you could do at home. The small bit of hands-on stuff they did wasn't very helpful. They will rope you in with false promises then suggest expensive out of pocket treatments like PRPs. They also like to call you incessantly if you don't answer right away or are busy instead of just leaving a brief message. If I didn't answer the first 3 times why keep calling and not simply leave a message?! In the end, I wasted a lot of time and money bothering with this place and suggest you not do the same. If you have rare or persistent chronic pain issues you're better off avoiding this place. I'd write more but Google doesn't allow you to type that much for reviews. Edit: Reply to their reply You call the doctor and Shannon wasting my time and not listening to me above & beyond?! You call not informing me that my visit would be only be a "talk" with the doctor above & beyond and still require a copay? You call charging me and my insurance for mostly useless efforts with little regard to my needs or previous experiences above & beyond?? I don't think so. This wasn't even my complete review. It was shortened because Google has a character limit. Also, I normally don't even bother with reviewing clinics like this. My treatment here was so negative that I had to. You are welcome to look my my past reviews on Google. You will find few reviews of medical clinics. What's actually unfair and unjust here is the fact that this clinic can get away with what you do and call it healthcare. Especially after you people contacted me looking for feedback after my first treatment with the doctor. Above & beyond?!! What a joke!"
