"I went after another urgent care facility told me to take Tylenol and benadryl to feel better, but less than 2 days later, I again was feeling awful. The urgent care staff is lovely-- they treated me with respect, spoke to me like I truly mattered and figured out what was wrong with me. This is truly a real caring place and I'm grateful they were so wonderful. I can't keep telling everyone how much they helped me. They were able to help me with a problem I was having with my hand for almost a year now. They got the issue resolved very quickly and took great care of me. "Everyone at this location that I dealt with could not have been better. The 2 young ladies at the front desk were helpful especially dealing with filling out the paperwork. They both handled themselves in person and on the phone when I first called with professionalism. They where fast getting me to the back knowing I was in pain and very uncomfortable. The doctor came in was fast and efficient diagnosing me and getting the tests done. My meds were sent to my pharmacy and they even followed up with my test results without me even calling them! All this was done in 24 hours. Impressive especially when you feel like...you know what. All I can say is I hope you never need urgent care BUT, if you ever do don't hesitate you know where to go! ALL of them will take care of you."
