"A bunch of ghetto, incompetent, menopausal psychopaths. Don’t worry if your insurance is garbage you’ll at least end up somewhere. That somewhere is here. I will say the psychiatrists are great though and it is the only reason I gave an extra star. These doctors are dedicated."

"Absolutely terrible experience, doctors are rude, nurses are rude, nurses said my intake form was “not true” when trying to call psychiatrist which was a right given to us. Would discharge people for no reason and would keep people longer for no reason. Seems to be your stay depends on your insurance. Everyone with good insurance was forced to stay longer than people without insurance or state insurance. They over medicated a patient and they had to be taken to a hospital. Food is middle school lunch food, absolutely disgusting. One person was vegan and they refused to accommodate for days therefore they were quite literally almost starving and lost weight. Tend to also treat non-white people worse. They are lenient with white people but will snap at other ethnicities or not give them the same rights. Brought people in for reasons that make no sense and doctors would twist words on notes to make things seem worse, especially for minorities. Heard doctors/nurses laughing about patients and doctor's to the point it woke me up in the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep. Shower water got barely hotter than lukewarm and there was no hand soap in bathrooms. Mattresses and blankets were extremely uncomfortable and would wake up with back and neck pain. Anything you do that is not exactly as they want you to do it, they will make you stay longer for. Outpatient Group therapy doesn’t accommodate work schedules. Took days for clothes to arrive after S/O dropped them off. They also “lost” sandals that i was supposed to get and have not heard back about it. It was extremely cold and they wouldn’t let you take blankets outside of room besides the morning. Just overall an absolutely terrible and gross experience to go through. Was not helpful in anyways besides getting me medication and group sessions were alright as the only people who were actually decent human beings were the techs. Oh and random doctors(i think, don’t actually know who they were) would come in and out and talk to patients when we had no idea who they were. There were also reports by another patient who is an adolescent that the doctors and nurses and techs would antagonize them in order to be able to sedate them and keep them longer. And seriously? To kids? This place needs a massive change or to be taken down because i have yet to hear anyone in there actually enjoy their experience or get something good out of it to help them once they get discharged. Just terrible for a place that claims to help mental health. Gross. Especially for $1000 a day"

"While this hospital can be understaffed at times. The staff that is there goes out of their way to make patients feel comfortable, safe, and loved. Management doesn’t just manage but, they too get on units, interact and build rapports with patients. Special thanks to Carrie, Abby, Nurse Jackie, Kiersten, just to name a few individuals that have different roles but all have gone above and beyond to care for the patients in house! We need more hospitals to put as much effort in as LBH does!"

"I work for Williams and Colbert and my client was sent there 2 weeks ago. My staff and I have had so many issues with communicating with staff at this facility. They’re very unprofessional and now they are avoiding setting up discharge plans for my client. The social worker and patient advocate have yet to reach out to me. I would like to make a formal complaint. If they treat other social service personnel like this, I can only imagine how they are treating the patients. Every time we call they Hang up on us or just put us on hold. I plan to let his court monitor know about this and I will be calling the inspector Generals office. This place should be closed down."

"My mother was sent here and had a horrible experience. She had doctor Antonio, which is disliked by many of the patients due to her inhumanly behavior toward the patients she “cares” for. Her behavior is extremely unprofessional and authorizes people’s medical doses without their consent, which made one of the people who my mother knew at the hospital almost pass out and another who actually had a seizure due to his doses getting doubled without his consent. This hospital treats their patients horrible, if your loved one gets sent here please find another place and take in count all of these negative reviews because they all speak the truth. This place deserves to get shut down due to all the corrupt lies they tell you and your loved ones about how they will take good care of them, but they end up treating them like animals or some prisoners."
