"Dr. Nair is good but she’s always behind. I’ve been seeing her for 2.5 years out of convenience because she is located next to my house but I always wait 30-60 min in the waiting room outside and at least another 30 min in the room until we are seen. Today I waited for 55 min in the waiting room with two kids and when we were sent in I told them I had another appointment in 15 min and was asked to leave without being seen"
"People aren’t kidding when they say ZERO stars. Checked in, called in back and waited for an hour and twenty minutes to find out they forgot about me in the examination room. All the staff was gone except a nurse and front desk worker. UNBELIEVABLE, we pay insurance and this is the service you receive. Loyola S__KS !!!"

"Truly one of the worst clinics. The front desk staff is so incompetent. You call to make an appointment you’re on hold 40 minutes then they begin to make your appointment call drops and of course they won’t call you back it’s almost comical at this point. You have to physically walk in to make an appointment. Try a better drs office!"
