"We don’t even live here yet, but Tammy, Makenzie, and Mel have been wonderful about showing us units and answering all of our questions regarding renting here. We are hopeful what we need will open up in time for us to move here as we are truly looking for our dream retirement home where we can live and travel carefree. It’s nice to read reviews and hear that maintenance is outstanding and any issues that arise are addressed promptly and effectively. "Tamarack is THE place to live! It feels more like a resort than an apartment complex. The clubhouse alone is well decorated and a comfortable place to hang out it includes the cutest coffee/tea bar and its complimentary for tenants. There is a secure place with to pick up packages. The staff even went the extra mile to store my package in the fridge because it was labeled as a cold ship item! I especially appreciate the little details that are considered. The clubhouse always smells amazing and they even put out complimentary amenities for the ladies restroom. Every holiday the staff puts detailed thought into hosting events with live music, food, and games! They’re a blast to attend too! It’s a great way to mingle with your neighbors. You have an option to reserve the gym for personal use so you have it all to yourself for a workout. My favorite part is the pool! The pool is what sets off the resort vibe. Anytime I go I feel like I’ve stepped away from day to day life and went on vacation. There a few tenants that have lived here for a while and I ran into them my first time going to the pool. They were very nice and made me feel welcomed into the community. The staff is incredible and the property is a reflection of their hard work. 1000 out of 1000 recommend!"

"Been living at Tamarack Woods for an extended time and can’t ask for better staff, amenities and attention. Sure stuff happens, things break, neighbors get loud, it is apartment living. Staff fixes, communicates well, and maintains the property great. Wish there was a ten star rating."

"Over the top, better than imagined...y'all are the greatest. Tamarack Woods is the place to live! The entire management team treats each tenant like family. If you're looking for a place to call home, consider this community. It's a place that everyone knows your name and a place to form true friendships with your neighbors. They are military friendly, everyone is made to feel welcome. The TWoods team hosts neighborhood fun several times throughout the year to ensure their tenants are meeting, mingling and getting to know each other. Being a military family that has moved around, this is the first apartment living community that has truly felt like home."

"Lived there 2021-2022. It was nice that the washer and dryer were included. The maintenance man was very nice! He would help me carry groceries sometimes and would always come to fix whatever needed to be fixed right away. With that being said, moving in we immediately had no water pressure and even after he fixed it the apartment would shake anytime someone took a shower. The dishwasher didn’t like to get stuff clean and we had to switch to liquid detergent. Not great if you have a child, the stairs are pretty dangerous if you’re on the 2nd floor even as a physically capable adult. Going to the pool felt like all of the old people tennants would *watch* you. It was weird to me that you had to go to the main office to pay rent and some kind of auto-pay or online pay was not offered at the time."
