New Haven Apartments

"The landlord is no longer Mary and Nathan. Its hard to get ahold of the land lord. I scheduled a meeting to talk about certain issues and nobody showed up. When putting in maintenance requests they rarely respond. They have an option to come when you are home with maintenance requests ,but they just walk in when you are not there. They say they clean and sweep the floors and spray for bugs, but They don’t it’s disgusting. 2 residents had vehicles stolen, and they didn’t seem to care. They also don’t salt the parking lot. My car was hit and they have cameras, but good luck getting anyone to look at them. Also they were fixing the roof and my wife ran over a roofing nail imagine that. Oh ya and the Landlord is never in office....Seriously don’t live here its horrible. Update the owner finally looked at my review after a year!!! That’s great!! But yeah stop saying you spray and care for residents. You guys never responded to service requests and yes even after the apartments were sprayed sprayed there was still roaches."

"I can’t say enough great things about both the Landlords (Mary & Nathan) for New Haven Apartments. They’re attentive, communicative and always working towards making tenants have a warm welcome from when they first sign a lease and throughout the years. Great location, nice neighborhood in the heart of Maplewood. Happy to be living here. I would highly recommend this place."

"I lived here for six years. It was a great experience for me the entire time. I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom, and had a great time in both apartments. Nathan was a great landlord. He was always willing to fix anything around the apartment, and always did it really quickly. The rent is great for the area, and the apartments are comfortable and clean."

"The apartment location is great - close to many Maplewood restaurants and shops. The landlord Nathan is very helpful and responsive. The apartments are well maintained, and any maintenance issues are quickly addressed. Great apartment for a great price with a responsive landlord."

"Great place. Nice landscaping around the building. Cute park right next door. The laundry room on sight is a life saver. The units are cute with most having updated kitchens and new floors. Nathan is an awesome landlord and everyone in the complex seems real nice. Oh, and a perfect location too!"
