"Services were great but worst experience with billing. When I called them first time to book an appointment, they got my insurance info and said it's in network and we accept it. After my first appointment, they called and told that your insurance is not covering as they are applying the costs to your deductible and they charged me exorbitant amount. I paid and got the shoes as well. Now I received another bill asking to pay more. When I contacted my insurance company as well as checked the EOB statement, it had been clearly stated that they are out of network and so the member price is N/A. I'm wondering now why did they not reveal this info upfront? Extremely disappointed that they hide the fact."

Amit and his staff took lot of time, every time, to explain everything to us, listen to our concerns and questions, and address our needs, including adjustments to brace couple of times outside of schedule. They showed genuine concern in ensuring my daughter was as comfortable as can be in the brace. The front desk staff was very helpful in helping resolve one billing issue. Great service!"
