"I once again have returned from a visit with Dawn Gonzalez from Dr Farooq Khan's office. She again had a potential answer to a health issue that has caused so much pain over the years. No doctor from any specialty has had even a suggestion to help, except "to live with it." Dawn is an amazing health provider and I can't recommend her anymore than to say she is amazing! She listens and actually has ideas to help! Alleluia! I'm in love!"

"Dawn Gonzalez, the nurse practioner, is absolutely amazing! Dr. Khan is a superb surgeon. Dawn has given me answers to questions about my mother's health issues than any doctor has been able to do for years! I can't complement her more profusely than to say she is a God send!"

"So far I had 4 procedures during 2023, as other people mentioned here, most of the time you won't get the explanation of what you are getting and how that medication is working-you are another number for insurance billing. You won't have a chance to talk with the doctor, you will hear him at the procedure for 1min, if you have sedation you won't see him at all...If first 3 sessions really helped(why I granted 1more star), last one was a nightmare-after injection weird symptoms came that scared me to the roof, and no one from the office will tell you what happened-they go ghost, no calls answered, or we will call you back-they won't call u back. When I visited them 2nd day (in a terrible pain ncs they wouldn't return the calls) to ask for record of the medicine I got at my procedure, nobody knows anything, somehow they gave me prescription for the pain medication-which I'm thankfull for. My follow up visit was completely at different level-like I enetered a different facility, the nurse changed completely her behavior- checked my reflexes, explained everything-she was completely different human, they have someone else assisting (she didn't introduce herself). Till today they didn't reply back to me about the med records, even though they have 30d to do that."

"Chaos most of the time that I was there. I waited 45 minutes beyond my own appointment. Physician Assistant took down data and decided I needed an x-ray. Instead of one associated with Advent they sent me to a place that didn't accept my insurance. Called the office twice asking for a different place. No return call. I will never go back to this place. They don't seem to even know basics of their job."

"I was extremely anxious about going in for my procedure. From the first visit, to the procedure, everyone at the Hinsdale location did everything to put me at ease. Dr. Khan was amazing every step of the process. He explained what was going to happen, what was happening, and what to expect after the procedure. The receptionist was nice. The nurses and associates were fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough!"
