"I had an appointment on August 6th at 11:15 a.m. and when I got there I wasn't on the schedule at all. I come 45 minutes from Wisconsin just to come to this doctor. Whoever the receptionist was at that time which I'm not sure how you can find out but needs to be talked to that's just too long of a drive to tell me I'm not on the the schedule."
