"I was extremely excited for the journey of finally getting my nose fixed. Especially since Dr. Shapiro came highly recommended to me by another trusted doctor. 1st off I drove almost 6 hrs. round trip. My appt. was at the end of the business day. (3:15 or so I believe) So I'm thinking perhaps this is why Dr. was short and appeared irritated by ANY question or concerns I had. He was a stark contrast from "most" of the reviews I read. Getting a surgery of any kind especially on your face is a daunting task. I researched for many months to find the right surgeon and on all the relevant questions to ask to be certain they were the best candidate but Shapiro was too entitled and arrogant to hear any of it. Fast forward almost a week later when I finally received a follow-up email, I spoke to one of the front desk employees (very nice & professional they were) whom I addressed these very same concerns I had, feeling like all my questions and concerns went unanswered. She politely put me on hold and Shapiro gets on the phone (mid business day this time) and I get the same arrogant man I initially seen. This man has poor bedside manner. I would never recommend him it's unfortunate it cost me $350.00 to find this out."
