"The service providers are fine but the office staff is terrible. They are (at best) indifferent to people on the phone. Like it’s a bother for them to do their job. That’s just one example. You get the picture. Overall, Disappointed and underwhelmed. If it wasn’t for the provider, I never use this place."

"Here to keep my review because Tiffany finally answered my call after I left a voicemail saying I will be getting care from elsewhere and she told me that it was false that they don’t pick up the phone. She told me she left two voicemails and called me twice the day I called, however my phone record does not reflect this. The aggressiveness on the phone was very “professional” so here’s a review to reflect that :) gave back two stars because I do like Dr. Tayyab but it’s too difficult to make appointments and it adds unnecessary stress to my busy life. However, I am thankful for the help I got from Dr. Tayyab because it has improved my anxiety a great deal, so if you have more flexibility with scheduling and with phone calls, I would recommend seeing her."

"I have a special needs daughter that see's Dr Tayyab. My other daughter as well as myself see her too. She's been very helpful with understanding our stressful life and putting the pieces of our lives together. The years have been rough on us. The first couple years were bad. It took awhile for Dr Tayyab to get the dynamics of our household but once she understood......she got it completly. I can't go anywhere else because I'd have to start all over at the begining. Their therapists are awesome too! Everyone has helped us one way or another."

"I have been going to this place for about 6 years give or take. Never had any problems with them since coming to college. I am not one to write a review, but my experience with Tiffany has left me absolutely baffled that she is allowed to work with psychiatric patients. I called to refill a medication a few days ago that I need to do daily activities. I called, left my name and phone number and no response. I called two days later saying I had 2 pills left and would really appreciate a phone call back. An hour later Tiffany called me telling/yelling at me that she left a message on MY phone but I did not receive one. She told me I couldn’t get my medication until I scheduled my appointment which is hard for me because I am away at college. She later, then, decided to violate HIPAA by calling my mother. Any healthcare professional is trained to NOT violate HIPAA. My mother also had a terrible experience with her, asking how she even got a job in healthcare with psychiatric patients in the first place. They are lucky I do not contact the OCR and shut the place down. Not the first time either they have violated HIPAA."

"I’ve had nothing but TERRIBLE things experiences dealing with the receptionist Tiffany and Candy. They are rude to clients on the phone and Tiffany refused to let me make an appt. She also cancelled my appt and declined my request to speak with my doctor. She told me my only options of making an appt is to wait for another person to cancel and get me in last minute. I let her know due to my work schedule I work during the week so that is not an option for me. She continued to say “well your appt is canceled and you have no other options”. You guys need to do better and treat these clients better, knowing their mental state. Terrible individuals."
