"Don’t waste your time. Will cause unnecessary concern. Told me my child has RSV but was unwilling to provide any sort of documentation (test result, after visit summary, etc). Staff was unknowledgeable (couldn’t calculate proper dosage of amoxicillin). Told me my child needed a strep test and then failed to even administer the test, the “PA” gave up after 2 pathetic attempts (if you’re going to work in healthcare, know how to work with patients of all ages). Lobby was also dirty. Should have never stepped foot inside. Mt. Prospect Commerce should know better, will be sharing with them. We need businesses in town that help residents."
"I made an appointment for 11:30 online and was told upon arrival that it would be twenty minutes. I assumed that was due to other patients, though the office was empty and quiet. About 10 minutes later my child asked how much longer, and the man at the front desk told her it would be another ten or so because the doctor was on break. When we were finally seen at 12:05, it was by someone who said they were a physician assistant, but who didn’t know what insulin resistance was. She asked about medication but not dosages, which also struck me as odd. This office only offers rapid tests; they do not send anything into a lab to confirm results. The whole experience was off putting and frustrating. I would not return."
"Dr Bhatti is absolutely amazing. I had an embedded earring in my ear and I was in pain, couldn't find any urgent care that thought that they could do it & didn't want to wait hours at the ER. I originally called and the staff didn't think he could remove it but he personally called me back and waited for me to come AFTER they were already closed. He took his time and was patient and was able to remove the embedded earring carefully and virtually painless. Thank you Dr Bhatti for your amazing and professional service. I feel so much better and I appreciate the time and care you took. Things like this matter to me so thank you once again."
