"We rented a property in Alton for approx 6.5 years. The owners were responsive when issues would arise. Once our central air blew a capacitor. They called the HVAC company on a Sunday and came out same day to fix it. I have health issues and cannot tolerate heat. I thought we would be waiting a few days for the repair. I was very surprised and most appreciative. We only had a few maintenance issues during our time living there. The owners always sent maintenance over to repair in a reasonable time frame. Our house was in good shape overall. The only reason we moved is because we decided to buy a home. The rent was very reasonable for the size of the home. If I ever need to rent again, I would call them first to see what they have available. Thank you for being attentive landlords!"
