"Honestly this isn't a bad appartment complex at all. Cheap rent and pretty nice units. Updated appliances, maintenance responds very quickly, and as long as you pay your rent the staff leave you alone. My only complaints are that you aren't allowed to have anything at all outside or they will throw it away and charge you $50 for doing so, and neighbors have no respect when it comes to being noisy. Loud car stereos, running up and down stairs all hours of the night, and loud kids."

"Very poor service you have to call multiple times to get anything done by maintenance. The floors in my apartment are uneven due to water damage you just walk in a big dip in the floor. The parking lot floods when it rains. The fridge doesn't fit right in the kitchen so the blinds to the back door get stuck in the fridge all the time and to turn on the back light you have to open the fridge door to get to the switch. It's all just patched together to get people in and make money with no repairs. I have a bedroom door that can't be locked it pushes open and the front door has a huge gap that lets out the air-conditioning we pay for in 2 places. I would think twice or inspect first. We didn't get to see our place first"

"This place is a joke office closes at 4:30 and i dnt get paid till the day rent is due i dnt get off till 4 by the time i cash my check and go to get money orders its past 4:30 so i dropped in the drop box and now they are charging a late fee of 50 dollars and 5 every day after that. Ive never heard of that every where gives you till midnight the day its due i dnt have the extra money to be giving them rents already high and my money orders where dated the fifth like its suppose to be this is some bs. So if thats the case they need to stay open till 5 like a normal business or at least 5:30 so people that work late can get their rent paid"
